If you owe money you've defaulted on, and haven't declared bankruptcy on the debt, don't move to Minnesota.  Zombie debt collectors are getting people jailed there for owing piddly amounts of money.  Some counties are short staffed, so if you can't leave Minnesota then at least move to one of those counties and you'll have less chance of getting picked up.

Never ignore a court document, either.  Things like that don't go away from ignoring them.
